Malia The Label is not responsible for any missing incoming deliveries/ returns. We recommend tracking your parcel through a registered postal provider.

We hope you never receive a faulty item & am so sorry to hear if you may have. We understand how heart-wrenching this can be. Please get in contact within 7 days of receiving your item. We will need your order number, images of the fault and a small description... please email Info@maliathelabel.com

If your garment has a minor fault we will assist you in organising a replacement or a repair. If it is deemed a major fault, you will have the choice of a replacement, credit note or refund.

Once your return has been received, it will undergo a quality control check & review. Once it has been cleared it will be processed in 5-7 business days, and you will be contacted by email.

If you are receiving a refund, this will be credited back to the direct method of payment. If you are receiving a store credit, you will be emailed a unique code to use.
