At Malia, we believe sizing is a personal preference based on what type of silhouette you prefer to wear. Each women is perfectly unique in shapes, therefore different fabrics drape differently on different bodies. Choose a size that will work for you, no matter the label on it!

We currently only ship within Australia... If your interested in ordering from worldwide, please get in contact and we may be able to help you!

Yes! All customers are liable for their own return shipping costs.
Malia The Label is not responsible for any missing incoming deliveries/ returns. We recommend tracking your parcel through a registered postal provider.
We hope you never receive a faulty item & am so sorry to hear if you may have. We understand how heart-wrenching this can be. Please get in contact within 7 days of receiving your item. We will need your order number, images of the fault and a small description... please email maliathelabel23@gmail.com.
If your garment has a minor fault we will assist you in organising a replacement or a repair. If it is deemed a major fault, you will have the choice of a replacement, credit note or refund.
Once your return has been received, it will undergo a quality control check & review. Once it has been cleared it will be processed in 5-7 business days, and you will be contacted by email.
If you are receiving a refund, this will be credited back to the direct method of payment. If you are receiving a store credit, you will be emailed a unique code to use.
* Please note: All shipping and handling costs are excluded on refunds and store credits.
Yes we offer exchanges and refunds on all Australian orders within 21 days of receiving your order.
